These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of holtwindowcleaningtx.com and to any quote you request or service you book with Holt Window Cleaning (“we,” “us” or “our”), a window cleaning business based in Weatherford, Texas. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A price given on the site, by phone or by text is an estimate until we have confirmed the scope of the work with you. The final price, the services included and the date are confirmed with you before any work begins.

2. Service agreements

Recurring plans and booked services may be covered by a written service agreement that sets out scheduling, cancellation, weather, access and refund terms. Where a service agreement applies, its terms govern that service, and these Terms cover everything else.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate contact details and a correct service address.
• Make sure we have safe access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed time.
• Let us know about anything we should be aware of, such as damaged glass, alarms or pets.

4. Payment

We accept cash, check, card, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. Unless your service agreement or invoice says otherwise, payment is due when the work is complete. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

5. Insurance

Holt Window Cleaning carries liability insurance. If you believe something was damaged during a service, tell us as soon as possible so we can inspect it with you and resolve it.

6. Text messages

When you agree to receive texts from us, we send service messages about your quote, appointment, invoice or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.

8. Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Holt Window Cleaning or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Customer reviews are reproduced as written by the customers.

9. Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and service areas, availability and prices may change without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section applies to the website only. Claims relating to a service are handled under your service agreement and our insurance. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Texas law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Parker County, Texas. We ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to resolve any concern directly.

12. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
